Tour package price does not include any entrance and activity fees unless requested by the customers. If tour exceeds it’s designated time duration there will be additional charges of JPY 5,000 per 30 minutes time block.

Cancellation Policy
Airport Transfers:
・Cancellations made 24 hours before your reservation date/time will receive a full refund.
・Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your reservation date/time will not receive a refund.
Tours/Charter/Long distance P2P services:
・Cancellations made 2 days before your reservation will receive a full refund.
・Cancellations made 1 day before your reservation will receive a 30% refund
・Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your reservation date/time will not receive a refund.
No Show:
If the flight status changes to “Arrived” and our driver is unable to contact the passengers, the order
will be designated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund

Delivery times: 

Selected date by the customer will be the delivery date for their touring experience.

Accepted payment methods:

We accept payments via stripe you can use any major Debit or Credit cards (Visa, Master card, American express, Discover, etc) and customers can also pay in cash for our touring and transfer services on the day of their tour/transfer. 

Payment period: 

Payment is required for the date and time selected by the customer for our touring & transfer services.

Price:

Package prices are listed against every tour & transfer service. Prices are in Japanese Yen, for example  JPY 37,000, JPY 85,000, JPY 120,000, etc. (Price varies as per customer’s selection).
