To expand our team, we are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, train, and deploy scalable and effective AI-based production systems. The ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the ML discipline, LLM solutions, and developing workflow automation solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and reliable AI solutions for real-world applications and be able to use iterative ML model development to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Integrate LLMs, APIs, and AI-enabled features to improve function and user experience with web-based and mobile-based products.
• Conduct data processing using ML models to train and validate data, focusing on maintaining an acceptable level of accuracy while minimizing error.
• Develop automated processes and intelligent process automation (IPA) to enhance operational efficiency through full transparency into operations.
• Deploy high-performing, scalable, and reliable AI/ML models on production-level platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure AI systems meet organizational requirements.
• Deploy machine learning models on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP for seamless integration.
• Maintain documentation of the development and operational aspects of AI/ML models, and use industry best practices for the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or any relevant field.
  
• 1–1.5 years of relevant experience in machine learning, AI development, or data-driven solution implementation.
  
• Strong Python programming skills and practical experience in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Llama, or Claude, including prompt engineering and integration.
  
• Proficient in data preprocessing, model development, evaluation, and optimization for production-grade applications.
  
• Experience with cloud deployment platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and managing models in production environments.
  
• Knowledge of MLOps, vector databases, and automation tools is an advantage for scalable AI solutions.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
