Job Description:

To expand our team, we are recruiting a Business Development Executive who can identify growth opportunities, build good relations with clients, and drive the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development in the IT or software sector, effective communication and negotiation skills, and a desire to accomplish business objectives through strategic thinking and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a business development plan that aligns with the objectives of the company to guarantee stable growth.
  • Recognize and proactively seek new business opportunities in the various markets and industries, forging strategic alliances that will give the company a better portfolio and reach.
  • Maintain and optimize accounts on freelance and professional sites by making high-quality proposals and bidding on pertinent tasks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders to create collaboration and long-term business achievements.
  • Perform in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, expect challenges, and make strategic decisions to grow the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as marketing, sales, and product development in customized business solutions that are effective in addressing client needs.
  • Able to present business propositions, business pitches, and business presentations focused on the strengths and value propositions of the company to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the team of business developers to accomplish both personal and organizational objectives.
  • Negotiate and finalize high-value business deals to ensure that the business deals are profitable and beneficial to both the company and its clients.
  • Monitoring and assessing the success of continuous business development efforts and taking data-driven decisions on how to make these programs successful.
  • Stay updated with business trends in the industry, emerging technology, and best practices in developing business to improve strategies and stay on the leading edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a management position in business development, client-facing role, or other similar field.
  • Good strategic thinking and analysis skills to find opportunities, solve problems, and make contributions to long-term business planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to communicate well with clients and stakeholders of all levels.
  • Skill in developing, supporting, and sustaining effective relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and critical industry practitioners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM software and other business development tools.
