Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or any relevant field that demonstrates strong language and communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or digital marketing with a proven ability to produce high-quality content across multiple formats.
- Have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and overall clarity in conveying ideas.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience using content optimization tools to improve search engine rankings and drive web traffic.
- Able to develop engaging content ideas, adapt tone and style according to the platform or audience, and consistently meet project deadlines.
- Must have strong research skills to explore industry trends, competitor content, and relevant topics to ensure the content is accurate, current, and authoritative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product teams, to ensure content aligns with company goals and messaging.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing analytics is a plus, along with a proactive approach to improving content strategy and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, blogs, guest posts, email newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels to effectively engage the target audience.
- Optimize all content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta descriptions, internal linking, and other SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and engagement.
- Work closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to ensure that messaging, branding, and visual content are consistent across all platforms and campaigns.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, trends, and competitor content to produce insightful, informative, and authoritative materials.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and style across all written materials to ensure the company’s messaging resonates with its audience and reflects its core values.
- Develop content strategies in collaboration with marketing leadership to meet business goals, including increasing engagement, generating leads, and supporting campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of content through analytics tools, track key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improving content reach, relevance, and impact.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO practices, and emerging content formats, applying innovative ideas to enhance the overall content strategy.
