As an expansion to our team, we are hiring an HR trainee who takes a proactive approach to HR functions and delivers exceptional support in the Software Industry. The candidate must have basic knowledge of human resource practices, strong communication skills, and be able to manage employees’ issues professionally and sensitively.
Key Responsibilities
- Help to organize and handle employee inquiries through email, chat, and face-to-face, and provide HR resources on all communication platforms.
- Respond to employee queries efficiently to support effective communication, empathy, and professionalism in the working environment.
- Ensure HRM systems keep detailed and categorized employee records, inquiries, and solutions to provide effective tracking and follow-up.
- Monitor the progress of HR tasks and have the ability to engage with various departments.
- Help in drafting HR documents such as policies, onboarding kits, and standard templates to facilitate internal HR procedures.
- Collect employee feedback and make recommendations to enhance HR practices, employee satisfaction, and culture at the workplace.
- Stay updated with policy changes and keep all employees informed of the policies in the company.
- Ensure the internal policies and maintain HR service level agreements (SLAs) to address the employees’ inquiries effectively and sustain appropriate HR service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in HR support, recruitment, or employee relations, preferably in the software industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and able to maintain a professional tone.
- Have strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to handle employee concerns empathetically and professionally.
- Basic proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office Suite for HR documentation and tracking.
- Familiarity with simple HR tools(e.g., HRIS), applicant tracking systems, or experience dealing with HR documentation and compliance is a plus.
- Able to work independently and remain precise in a dynamic HR setup.
- Strength in organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, and a proactive tone in dealing with HR-related issues.
- Eager to grow within the Human Resources field and build a long-term career in HR.
