Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to enhance targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate insights for continuous optimization.
  • Execute A/B tests for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to refine user journeys and ad messaging.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with data-backed recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing roles.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, UTM tracking, and Pixels.
  • Understanding of funnel optimization, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with landing page builders like Webflow or WordPress is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply strategic improvements.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and project management skills.
