Technical Project Manager

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to guide our teams and ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time. The right candidate should have strong technical knowledge and excellent project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver software development projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to turn requirements into actionable project plans.
• Define project scope, milestones, and resource needs using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Act as the bridge for contact between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
• Track project progress, manage potential risks, and resolve blockers to ensure consistent delivery.
• Ensure that technical solutions are feasible and align with business goals.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Able to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in ERP with a strong technical focus.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and modern tech stacks in the IT Industry.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Technical background in software development, cloud, or DevOps.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with international clients is preferred.
