UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, combined with a deep understanding of user-centric principles and best practices. You will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Conduct user research, ability testing, and analyze feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the quality of designs.
• Optimize designs for various devices and resolutions, ensuring responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all projects.
• Assist in defining user personas and journey maps to inform design strategies.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and analytics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing usability and functionality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with user research methods and tools is a plus.
